Tropical and domestic woods
Tropical hardwoods with natural resistance to moisture and pests, or European and Siberian larch. Every board has its own grain, colour and way of ageing into a patina.
Wooden and WPC decking for hotels, developers and commercial venues as well as family homes. You choose the material — we deliver the substructure, the schedule and the documentation.
Most companies sell a “turnkey deck”. We start a step earlier — with the wood itself — and finish a level higher: with the substructure you never see, but which decides how long the deck lasts.
Beneath every board sits a precisely graded substructure, adjustable pedestals and A4 stainless steel fixings. This precision is why hotels, developers and venues trust us with surfaces that are walked on every day, where a mistake is not an option.
We fasten boards in two ways. Face-fixed fastening — two screws through the board, anchored into the joist below. Hidden fastening with plugs — screws countersunk about half a centimetre below the surface and capped from above with a wooden plug matched to the board colour, so the surface stays smooth. On softwoods we also add ventilation spacers between joist and board, extending the life of the structure.
Wooden decking for character and warmth, WPC decking for zero maintenance. We build both with the same precision — you choose based on the project.

Wood-plastic composite — the look of wood without sanding or oiling, just rinse it off. We build with the proven Terafest system. Colour-fast, slip-resistant, ideal for the high traffic of hotels and restaurants.
Maintenance-free WPC decking from Vinylor — colour-fast, slip-resistant and long-lasting. Browse the available finishes.
Living decks for hotels, restaurants, residential projects and family homes. Design, base, substructure and final installation.
Walkable surfaces on flat roofs, adjustable pedestals, support pedestals to protect the membrane, drainage and hidden services under the deck.
Surrounds for pools, ponds and jetties in moisture-resistant wood — splinter-free, treated with anti-slip coatings.
Isotra aluminium pergolas and bespoke wooden pergolas — with a polycarbonate or solid roof. Matching fences and privacy screens too.
Ventilated facades and vertical cladding in the same wood species, unifying the look of the whole building.
Sanding, oiling and restoration of wooden decks. We bring back the deck’s colour and protection — on our specialist site renovaceterasy.cz.
With the deck we also supply the pergola — aluminium from Czech manufacturer Isotra, or bespoke wood. One supplier, one character for the whole outdoor space.
Bioclimatic pergolas by Isotra with adjustable louvres, integrated drainage and optional solar shading. A modern look, minimal maintenance and precise installation by our team.
Solid-wood pergolas designed to fit your building exactly — with a polycarbonate roof that lets light through, or a solid roof for year-round shelter. The same wood and the same craft as the deck.
We work on commercial and developer contracts where deadlines, documentation and predictability decide everything. We supply samples, supporting materials for the project documentation and a single point of contact for the entire build.
Physical wood samples and technical data sheets to guide your material selection.
A schedule tied to the construction phases, met right up to the handover day.
Documentation, declaration of performance, invoicing to a company.
A project lead for the entire contract, from design to handover.
On both the material and the workmanship. Commercial operations need certainty, not promises.
Tropical hardwoods and composite are built to survive the demands of hotel traffic.
Our own team and wood stock mean short lead times and a handover date that holds.

A private deck in hard Cumaru — Brazilian teak, one of the most durable woods there is. Warm brown grain and a surface that resists weather and wear for decades with virtually no maintenance.
Golden Garapa in a smooth finish, pleasant underfoot. The light tone doesn’t overheat in the sun — ideal for a living garden deck by the house.
A pool surround in golden Garapa. Light tropical wood with slip resistance that stays cool by the water and shrugs off wet and sun alike, no compromises.
Deep red-brown Massaranduba — an extremely dense, hard wood with exceptional abrasion resistance. A deck that takes heavy loads and darkens over time into a refined tone.
A sweeping deck in European larch with a warm honey tone. A precisely graded substructure and adjustable pedestals keep the large surface level — the wood gains a silver patina over time.
Natural wood (larch, Garapa, Ipe, Cumaru and others) has a unique grain, warmth and ages into a patina — it needs occasional oiling. WPC is a wood-plastic composite — we build with the proven Terafest and Vinylor systems: it’s maintenance-free, colour-fast and slip-resistant, and just needs rinsing. We build both with the same precise substructure; the choice depends on the project, the traffic and the aesthetics.
We keep nine species in stock: larch, Siberian larch, Garapa, Massaranduba, Jatoba, Tigerwood, Merbau, Cumaru and Ipe. Larch is the most affordable, while Ipe and Cumaru are among the hardest and most durable decking woods in the world.
We provide a 25-year warranty on WPC Terafest. For natural wood we count the lifespan in decades, depending on the species and maintenance. We put the warranty on both material and workmanship in writing — commercial operations need certainty, not promises.
Yes, we work for developers, hotels, resorts, restaurants, hospitality chains and building managers. We supply physical samples and technical data sheets for the project documentation, a binding schedule tied to the construction phases, documentation and invoicing to a company, and a single point of contact for the entire build.
Yes. Alongside commercial and developer projects, we build wooden and WPC decking as well as pergolas for private clients too — at family homes, in gardens and around private pools. The same process applies: we recommend the material, prepare samples and deliver a quote within a week.
Yes. We supply aluminium pergolas by Isotra and build bespoke wooden pergolas — either with a polycarbonate roof that lets light through, or a solid roof for year-round shelter.
Thanks to our own installation team and wood stock, we keep lead times short. A typical commercial project takes 3–6 weeks depending on the area and material; we tie the schedule to the construction phases and hold the handover date.
We build decks at buildings, roof terraces, jetties and poolside decks, pergolas (Isotra aluminium and bespoke wood), timber ventilated facades and cladding, fences and privacy screens. Renovation and maintenance of wooden decks — sanding, oiling and restoration — is handled by our specialist site renovaceterasy.cz.
Beneath every board is a precisely graded substructure (a fall of 1.5–2% to drain water), adjustable pedestals to level the surface, a gravel bed and corrosion-free A4 stainless steel fixings. On softwoods we also use plastic ventilation spacers — distance pads between joist and board that extend the life of the structure. This structure, which you never see, is what determines how long the deck lasts.
We offer two fastening options. Face-fixed fastening: two screws through the board, anchored into the joist below. Hidden fastening with plugs: the screws start in the middle of the board, are countersunk about half a centimetre deeper into the wood and are capped from above with a wooden plug in the same wood colour — so the surface stays smooth. In both cases we use A4 stainless steel fixings.
Wood isn’t slip-resistant on its own — so around pools and ponds we treat wooden decks with anti-slip coatings. WPC decking by Terafest and Vinylor comes with a slip-resistant surface straight from the factory.
We work mainly in Prague, Brno, Hradec Králové and Pardubice. We deliver projects across all of Czechia.
